By booking an appointment with Paul's Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a booking through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your booking.

2. Appointments & Reservations

When you book an appointment, we reserve that time exclusively for you and prepare our team and equipment in advance. We ask that all booking information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us directly. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.

4. No-Shows

If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged. This fee must be settled before a new appointment can be booked.

5. Late Arrivals

We understand that delays happen. However, if you arrive late and we are unable to complete the full service within the remaining appointment time, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the originally scheduled service. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee the complete service can be performed.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We reserve the right to charge any outstanding fees, including no-show or cancellation fees, to the payment method on file.

7. Vehicle Condition

Paul's Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle. We may note the condition of your vehicle prior to service. By booking with us, you acknowledge that our service does not include mechanical repairs and that results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Paul's Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions or inappropriate conduct.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our booking system following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
