No-Show & Cancellation Policy
At Paul’s Detailing, we value both your time and ours. When an appointment is booked, we reserve that time exclusively for you and prepare our team and equipment in advance.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to fill the spot with another client.
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, a 50% no-show fee (based on the scheduled service price) will be charged.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late and we cannot complete the full service within the remaining time, you will still be responsible for the full scheduled service amount.
